🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made by email before sending any items back.

Please note that custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💥 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return.
